Monthly Prayer Guide

One of the best ways to discover and experience God’s ways is by intentionally spending time in prayer. We invite you to use this monthly prayer guide to join with us as we intentionally ask God to move in many ways this month. 


“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”  (Philippians 4:4-7 NIV)

December 2025 Prayer Calendar

Pray that the love of Jesus would be evident to our guests through interactions with Hope Church members and attenders.

02

Pray for peace, protection, and integrity for your leaders (in all areas) - and praise God for He is faithful, just, and upright! (Deuteronomy 32:3-4)

Pray for organizations helping those in need. Pray God would provide necessary resources and that their workers would be blessed.

Pray this holiday season would stir a desire in the people of Fort Worth to learn more about the true meaning of Christmas.

Pray God would bring a God-honoring spouse for those who desire to be married and that He would strengthen marriages and families.

Pray that God would help you use your words to build others up - not tear them down.

Pray God would help us reach our Christmas Offering goal and use it in a mighty way to draw people closer to Him through our ministry partners.

Pray that those invited to the Christmas Eve services would attend and that God would remove any stumbling blocks or distractions preventing them.

Pray for those who have served and currently serve in the armed forces and their families. Pray for protection and encouragement.

Pray that God would increase the impact of our local, national, and international ministry partners.

Pray for those who write our laws and those who enforce them. Pray they would act in ways that are above reproach and uphold justice.

Pray for the workers who make deliveries (mail, food, packages, etc.). Pray for their protection and blessing.

Ask God to protect you from becoming too inward-focused. Pray instead that you would be spurring one another on towards love and good deeds (Heb 10:24).

Pray for Christmas Eve at Hope Church - for protection, open hearts, and that it will be a life-changing experience for those who attend.

Pray for those in our community who don't know Jesus. Pray for opportunities to identify with Christ and make an invitation.

Pray for the protection and blessing of our first responders and their families.

Pray for the Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County - for provision, protection, and blessing for their workers and those who come through the doors.

Pray that this would not be a time when evil is able to flourish or the weak oppressed, but that God would work through human agents to uphold justice.

Pray for comfort and peace during the holiday season for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

Pray for opportunities to personally invite people to the Christmas Eve service!

Pray that we would be attractive truth-tellers in our circles of influence - work, recreation, neighborhoods, kids' activities, etc.

Pray for believers you know who are suffering. Pray their enduring relationship with Jesus will bring comfort and hope.

Pray for wisdom, protection, humility, and integrity for our city, state, and national leaders.

"Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all the people…" (Luke 2:10)

"For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord." (Luke 2:11)

Pray for those who are looking for work or facing financial difficulties.

Ask God to help you be patient with others this week and to be gracious and grateful in your words and attitude.

Pray that God would use Hope Church to bless others in our community and allow us the opportunity to tell them about Jesus.

Pray that those who attend on Sunday would continue to come and get connected in church life.

Pray for health, protection, and blessing for the staff, leaders, members, and attenders of Hope Church.

Thank God for all that He has done this year and for what He will continue to do in the coming year!
